In total, the CDGA conducted 10 championships and a wide array of Social Competitions in 2025. Also, for the second year, the CDGA administered the Chicago Adaptive Open, the world's best golfers with physical and intellectual disabilities competed.
Slutzky, Stewart Earns CDGA Player of the Year Accolades
Following the completion of the 2025 CDGA Championship season, Chadd Slutzky of Deer Park earned his second CDGA Player of the Year honor, while Park Ridge's Rick Stewart earned his first CDGA Senior Player of the Year accolade.
CDGA VGA Two-Person Veterans Cup Closes at Cantigny
Wheaton's Cantigny Golf played host to the finale of the CDGA VGA Two-Person Veterans Cup Series Saturday. The event's second season featured four Qualifiers throughout the season and concluded with 22 tandems competing across two flights.
